C6 Table Plan

Your information, explained.

How the Android app and the website planner handle local plans and the contact actions you choose.

Privacy policy for C6 Table Plan. Effective October 1, 2026.

You can read this notice without creating an account. The app and website keep separate local records.

01 / PRIVACYWho this policy covers

This policy explains how C6 Table Plan handles information when you browse the menu, arrange choices for a table, save a plan or choose to contact C6 GROUP S.A.S. BIC. It also explains the separate table planner on the C6 GROUP website.

Who this policy covers

The Android app and the website provide planning tools. A saved plan is a record for you; it is not an order, payment, reserved table or confirmation from the business. You can browse the menu without creating an account.

02 / PRIVACYInformation you choose to enter

Information you choose to enter

A table plan may contain a plan name, occasion, preferred date and time, a budget, diner labels, each diner’s main and drink, preparation notes, shared dishes and their quantities, a general note, and an optional reply email or telephone number. These fields are supplied by you.

Use a short label such as Guest 1 instead of a person’s full name when that is enough. Do not enter payment card details, identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal information in meal notes. The planner does not request these details.

Back to contents ↑

03 / PRIVACYWorking drafts and saved plans

The Android app keeps the current working draft and explicitly saved plans in its private local storage. A working draft allows you to continue editing; a plan appears in Saved only after you choose Save. Each plan and diner has an identifier so that editing updates the intended record.

Working drafts and saved plans

You can reopen, edit, duplicate or delete a saved plan. Duplicating is an explicit action that creates a separate plan. Reviewing a summary or opening a contact app does not create an additional saved plan or mark it as sent. The app does not synchronize these records to a C6 account or server.

Back to contents ↑

04 / PRIVACYMenu and price calculations

The app includes its menu text and images, so the core menu and planning features are available without an Internet connection. Quantities and displayed USD ranges are calculated on your device. Diner subtotals include that diner’s chosen main and drink; shared items are counted separately in the table total.

Menu and price calculations

Saved selections keep their item names, portions and price ranges with the plan. A later menu revision does not silently change those saved values. Calculations do not charge a payment method, check live stock or place an order. The app does not collect payment details.

05 / PRIVACYApp permissions and network access

App permissions and network access

C6 Table Plan does not request Android Internet access for its own screens or local planning features. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location or photo library. The menu and local records do not depend on a sign-in service.

When you deliberately open email or the dialer, Android hands the selected information to that other app. Its permissions and network activity are separate from C6 Table Plan. Downloading or updating the app through a store also follows that store’s own practices.

Back to contents ↑

06 / PRIVACYOpening an email

The contact preview shows the business email address, subject and a readable table summary before you open an email app. The summary may include your plan choices, diner labels, notes, preferred time, budget and any reply contact you entered. The business recipient is separate from your optional reply address.

Opening an email

Choosing Open email passes that content to an available email composer. You decide whether to send it. Opening the composer does not prove sending, receipt or acceptance. If you cancel or no suitable email app is available, the local plan remains available. An email you actually send is handled by your email provider and its recipient.

Back to contents ↑

07 / PRIVACYPhone contact

Choosing Open dialer passes the C6 GROUP telephone number to a dialer when one is available. It does not place a call automatically or transmit your written table plan to the business. You can keep the readable summary available while you talk.

Phone contact

If you choose to place a call, your telephone provider and the recipient handle that conversation under their own practices. Cancelling the dialer or returning to the planner does not remove your draft or confirm a table.

08 / PRIVACYCopying a plan

Copying a plan

When you choose Copy summary or copy a contact address, the selected text is placed on your device’s clipboard. This happens only after your action. You can then paste it into an app or message of your choice.

A copied summary can contain the diner labels, notes and reply details in the plan. Your operating system and other apps may provide clipboard access, history or synchronization. Review the text before pasting it, and use your device’s clipboard controls when you want to clear it.

09 / PRIVACYWebsite plans and browser storage

The website’s table planner stores its working draft and saved plans in local browser storage for that website. These records are separate from the Android app’s records; they are not automatically synchronized between the app, browsers or devices. The website uses this storage to remember your work, not to sign you into an account.

Website plans and browser storage

Clearing the website’s site data, using a private browsing session or changing browsers can make these records unavailable. If browser storage is blocked or full, the planner explains the problem and does not report a successful save. People who can use the same browser profile may be able to see its saved plans.

Back to contents ↑

10 / PRIVACYWebsite connections

Your browser requests the website’s pages, fonts, scripts and images from the location where the site is hosted. A hosting or network service may receive ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser details, the requested file and access time, when it serves those files.

Website connections

The table planner does not submit your typed plan fields to a website form endpoint. Its email and telephone links open your chosen contact tools. No embedded advertising, analytics, social feed or remote map is included in these pages. Visiting a different link or using another app is subject to that service’s practices.

Back to contents ↑

11 / PRIVACYExternal services

External services

The app does not include an advertising or analytics SDK, a remote AI feature, an account service or a background upload service. Local plans are not sent to an advertising system, and the planner does not build an advertising profile from your meal choices.

External email, telephone, clipboard, browser, app-store and operating-system services can process information when you use them. C6 Table Plan cannot control those services or remove information from their systems. Review their settings and privacy notices when choosing how to share your plan.

Back to contents ↑

12 / PRIVACYBackups and device changes

The Android app disables its automatic Android cloud backup and device-to-device app-data transfer configuration. It does not provide an account-based recovery or synchronization service for your plans. Keep a copy of a summary yourself if you need it outside this device.

Backups and device changes

A summary that you deliberately copy or send is a separate copy in the destination you choose. Device-management tools, operating-system features or manual backups outside the app may behave differently. The website’s browser records have their own retention settings and are not an Android backup.

Back to contents ↑

13 / PRIVACYRetention and deletion

Local records stay on the device or in the browser until you delete them, clear the relevant app or site data, or remove them through device or browser controls. You can delete individual saved plans in the planner. Starting a new working draft replaces the current working draft after the displayed confirmation.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a local record does not recall an email, clear another app’s clipboard history, erase a recipient’s copy or cancel anything arranged with the business. Contact the recipient separately about information or arrangements you have already communicated.

Back to contents ↑

14 / PRIVACYYour choices and access

Your choices and access

You choose what to enter, which records to save and whether to share a summary. You may use generic diner labels, omit optional reply details, edit your notes and review the full content before opening another app. The app does not read your address book to fill these fields.

The app’s saved-plan screens and the website’s saved-plan list provide access to their respective local records. The business cannot retrieve an unsent local draft through an account service. For information you have sent to the business, use the privacy contact below and describe the communication without attaching unnecessary sensitive details.

Back to contents ↑

15 / PRIVACYKeeping your information secure

The Android app uses its app-private local storage, and the website relies on the storage protections of your browser profile. These are not a promise that a shared, unlocked, modified or compromised device can keep information confidential. The planner does not add a separate account password or end-to-end messaging system.

Keeping your information secure

Use an appropriate screen lock, keep your operating system and browser updated, and avoid saving sensitive details on a shared device. Review the recipient and message contents before sharing. You can remove local records through the planner and your device or browser settings.

Back to contents ↑

16 / PRIVACYChildren’s privacy

C6 Table Plan is a meal-planning tool for people arranging choices for a table. It does not provide a child account, collect ages or ask for a child’s contact information. A generic diner label is enough to organize a person’s meal choice.

Children’s privacy

Adults organizing a group should avoid entering children’s full names or unnecessary personal details in notes. If a child’s information was entered on a device you control, remove it from the local plan. If information was actually sent to the business, contact us using the details below.

17 / PRIVACYChanges to this policy

Changes to this policy

This policy is effective from October 1, 2026. A future app or website revision may update this notice when its features or data handling change. The effective date identifies the version of the notice you are reading.

Review the policy supplied with the version you use. A changed policy does not itself mean that an existing local plan has been uploaded or that a contact request has been sent. The planner continues to distinguish local records from actions you take in other services.
